Our ten-year-old Air conditioning system broke down just as we were told to lockdown earlier this year. We knew to have it fixed would be almost impossible. As we used it for both heating and cooling of our three-bedroom Bungalow we missed it very much. When the lockdown was eased we asked a friend if he could help. He said he was with a backlog of work but recommended Samuel Ripley who might be able to help and give advice.

Mr Ripley visited us within a week or so and gave good advice on how we should choose and position equipment to give best advantage. His survey was completed, a quote followed in the post a few days later. The price was considered reasonable for the installation of a Single Split Etherea system serving two internal wall mounted units, one in the lounge and one in the bedroom. Various positions were considered to give best comfort and hypothetical piping runs. The quote was accepted, and the installation started by Samuel a few days after delivery from the supplier.

We both found Samuel affable and understanding of our requirement. His work was very tidy and pleasing. He applied his expert skills with a range of tools and specialised equipment to produce a very satisfactory installation which works well.
