Sam was asked to design and replace my bathroom ventilation system - to replace the shoddy job done by the original building contractors at my flat. The gap between the joists and the concrete slab was very small and the original ducting had ripped when it was installed 10 years ago. Mr Ripley visited us within a week or so and gave good advice on how we should choose and position equipment to give best advantage. His survey was completed, a quote followed in the post a few days later. The price was considered reasonable for the installation of a Single Split Etherea system serving two internal wall mounted units, one in the lounge and one in the bedroom. Various positions were considered to give best comfort and hypothetical piping runs. The quote was accepted, and the installation started by Samuel a few days after delivery from the supplier.
